In order to uphold quality and service standards, The Wellington Group family of advisors have minimum license and education requirements they are required to achieve and maintain. You are required to hold a Bachelor's degree and your Life, Health, and Variable license prior to joining our team. Securities licensing and/or financial designations a plus.

  • Maintain and grow business with existing clients
  • Prepare for client meetings
  • Evaluate client financial positions
  • Develop short term and long term personal financial plans
  • Solve problems and coach clients
  • Create business plans
  • Meet production goals
  • Facilitate client education sessions
  • Follow The Wellington Group policies and processes
  • Maintain licensing and continuing education requirements
